Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that Rotten Tomatoes only had a critic score of 63. The audience score was more believable at 81, but I personally believe this show was absolutely stellar. Season one has a fantastic opening sequence and transitions Frank Castles story from the Daredevil series really well. Easily the best version of the character from animation to live adaptation. Jon Bernthal kills this role. The first season is full of amazing character development and an easy to follow plot even with as many twists that it has. The ending is satisfying but leaves the audience craving more. Season 2 has a great follow up story that rivals the first. The second season still has moments that are relevant to Frank's past, but it mostly focusses on how Frank is trying to end his fight so he can live in peace. SPOILER WARNING (not really) it doesn't work out like that. I am eagerly awaiting season 3 which would be debuting on Disney Plus, but since no official trailers or notices have been released we are all holding our breath. A phenomenal show and easily binge worthy.
