👎👎👎👎👎 Too raunchy for kids under 14, too far fetched for teenagers over 13. Started out ok, but rapidly got stupid when they fought a battle just after climbing a 500+ foot cliff, on an empty stomach, because they just awoke on the sand after being ship wrecked. Multiple scenes were beyond stupid and a waist of time watching: ex: a Viking is inside a building slowly dieing with a dirty face while others outside are dumping buckets of water on themselves to clean up, the old man jumps off the cliff to his death taking 2 enemies with him, yet later re-appears to save a fellow Viking's life, 100 foot stone tower collapses with no rock debris inside, after collapsing the bridge, the enemy happens to walk up on a house with horses then locates and catches up with the Vikings in the same day, the leader of the Vikings is very tall and muscular, yet gets tosses around every fight like a child attempting to take on an adult(the writer obviously dislikes Vikings). The final scenes were so far fetched: multiple times they showed the enemy down to 6-8 men and later show dozens chasing the Vikings, just happened to be quicksand in the grass, and the Viking leader sinks over his head unable to stand up on the shoreline, yet the enemy pops up onto his feet in the center of the quick sand just after being totally submerged, with 6" of broken sword blade in the side of his head and blood gushing from his mouth, final scene: they discover the girl's dad(the king) finally shows up with an army, trapping the Vikings at the edge of a 500+ foot cliff which they all jump into the raging ocean of huge waves crashing into jagged boulders and cliffs, which they happen to land like it was a 50' jump into a calm lake, AND there just happen to be a row boat waiting for them. They all climb aboard and paddle out to sea. They leave the audience hanging as far as where they go and end up. It just baffles me why any production company would waist money for a movie with a decent story and acting, with good costumes and props, great location, but multiple lame scenes and ending.
