Loved it for all its romp.. but when the "kid" cleverly murders the badguy in an underwater scene iI know it made it unpalatable. It is a comic book film andI realised the morality is silly and questionable, with people being killed left right and centre but I could not suspend my morality any further.

Refreshing. Funny. Irreverant. Clever. Its nice.

This is a very well pace, understated performances, a reserved thriller, with an awful lot of British stiff upper lip. Its a classic. Very well directed and so English. It was a counter foil to James Bond. It is gritty, captures the total lack of glamour, the hero is even looking for a loan to buy a car while organising international operations, he is so ordinary he refers to a colleagues coat as "fancy." very worth watching.

A thriller which is well placed, very funny in places. A must see movie

It has enough ghosts for ghost lovers, but has a feast of "meaning of life" questions and moments at a slow pace which lets the viewer savour the thirills. Like all good "thrillers" there are lots of surprises and turns. This is the best comedy ghost story I have ever watched. It really is a grown ups Ghost comedy and is a long way ahead of so many other offerings.

very commendable, very well produced. hits the right notes and but has few surprises. Does not glorify bloodshed. DOES forgive human flaws, full of forgiving people, and they are the real heroes.
