The story can be viewed in 2 different perspectives. Some may feel the book is helpful, to teach children that it is insane and obviously not humane to go in a strangers home. While others may view it to be rated r, because the little girl in the story was committing crimes, breaking laws and destroying things. It can be viewed that the book is encouraging youth to break the laws and not hold accountability for their actions.
