Joker was able tie real world problems with the dark, nihilistic, and powerful fictional story of Arthur Fleck as he spiraled down into an endless hole of madness and destruction. It was able to express the problems of neurological disorders and how it affects one’s life and it shows how a movement can pop off from a single take-off. The film was beautifully dark, crafted with much time and thought, it made sense, it was Art. It was the Joker I have been waiting for. Perhaps the Joker you been waiting for as well. Hands down a must see film and it will leave you feeling remorseful and consistently thinking about the film. Todd Philips altered DC’s way of making villains by making a man and taking everything away from him. That is what gives you a perfect origin for a villain. For Joker.
