This book is exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. Explained beautifully, I purchased and read the hardcover book, then I got the audiobook. The audiobook is beautifully produced and serves as reenforcement to my understanding from reading the book. I love some of spiritual teachers quotes being narrated by the teachers themselves. I will listen often, it keeps me as awareness as I detach from my mind identification. I’m deeply grateful for this work, both hardcover book & audiobook.
