You have to watch this if you are a Christian Bale fan. However it's very disconcerting to see how much weight he lost for the role.

It was a bit long and drawn out. The plot was rather familiar, with a couple of significant holes in it. For example, I've never heard of a pub running at a loss and even if so, why let the manager continue to do that job? I'm not a fan of the male lead as he seemed a bit gormless! 😁 I loved the scenery and I liked the shanties
