This was a stupid game.
One of the many things that I was disappointed in was the Dynamax mechanic and the story behind it which was so typical of humanity... Bare with me here.
Basically, the energy gathered from dynamaxing is what gives the Galar region its power. The "villain" says this way of gathering energy isn't sustainable because the energy will eventually run out so something needs to be done about it. The response of the "hero": Why bother trying to fix something that won't even be an issue for another thousand years? We won't be alive so don't bother".
So let's keep abusing Pokémon and force them to become immense so the energy they give off can power the region and not care about the repercussions for future generations?
Umm.. Is there no Sun in the Pokémon world?
Are the game developers serious? This is the story you came up with? What message are you trying to get across here?
TL,DR: I literally just played a 3ds game on the Nintendo switch... If you're going to make a Pokémon game for a home console, it needs to offer an experience worthy of a home console, not just a 3ds game on the big screen. Change the mechanics and give us something new and refreshing to play.
