ive grown up watching this show when it started at the first season (i was still in primary school at the time), this show has always been meh but at least in the first few seasons they were able to get at least half of the celebrities to actually be recognisable to most of the viewers and chris and julia used to be funny. now, in the seventh season, it’s sort of just sad, they’re scooping at the bottom of the barrel in regards to their humour. most of what they say is probably scripted so i don’t blame the hosts. i literally only know travis varcoe and dippa in this season. i mean, in the earlier seasons, we had brendan fevola, tom arnold, merv hughes, lauren brant... people we actually know. the trials were actually entertaining and exciting, not down right disgusting and dangerous. it’s hard watching this now compared to what the show used to be, so that’s why i rated this a 3. those 3 stars are for how decent the show used to be in its earlier seasons, and the 2 stars empty are for what it has become. my advice, try and watch the earlier seasons if you can. i know it’s a free to air show, but i think seasons 1-4 are the seasons to watch.
