I was not feeling this. It was more horror than superhero. I know there are not so nice creatures in superhero movies but they are tailored to fit the story. This took away from having the action that superhero movies have. That feeling that makes you want to have the powers of the mutants. Without telling the movie, the end is like when the characters come out of a haunted house exhausted and drained from being terrified & fighting for their lives. I thought I was watching the wrong thing. I was looking for something that was going to make me be excited to know what was coming next. Instead I feel like I want to rewatch the old X-Men & say goodbye to a great series 😕🥺
