Dr. Anil Yadavrao Gaikwad

The serial is a really good one. The title song is the assets of the serial although it appears to be irrelevant to the story of the serial. The characters viz. Aaji, Tonya, and Doctor are very realistic in acting. If you compare the characters from other serials even the Pankaj or Fedrick from CID Serial who are shown as dumb in their work appears to be much better than the ACP Divya Singh in the serial Devmanus. How can be an ACP so ignorant about the many aspects of the case? The Case File was stolen by Doctor from her bedroom. The only person who visited her bedroom was the Doctor since she received the file. She should have realized this thing in the serial. The inspector who was in charge of the case before Divya Singh was also shown as lacking the basic skills of investigation. Aaji is shown as telling the truth in public as to who is the culprit from her sixth sense but still, nobody is giving any importance to her opinion. It is ridiculous. This is reflecting badly on the abilities of the police shown in the serial. Now, I will not be surprised that the Director might show that ACP Divya Singh was purposely showing her ignorance to investigate the case to correct his mistake in direction. Yesterday (episode telecasted on 18-03-2021), ACP Divya Singh was shouting at the Inspector when her character is shown as lacking basic investigation skills. The death of Rupa’s Father is not going well with the story. It was not necessary to show his death. This is another murder by Doctor after the arrival of ACP Divya Singh in the serial. Instead, he could have been shown as instrumental in obtaining key pieces of evidence against the doctor. It would have been in the natural flow of the story. It is difficult to imagine Doctor in any positive role in any other serial. This shows acting excellence by Kiran Gaikwad as a Doctor. It is similar to the role played by Hindi Cinema Actor Pran in the past.
