I'm in the middle of watching it.. I'm not sure if I should continue. So far the storylines have all been incredibly obscure - and not in a good way. Specifically the St. Patrick's Day one personally, it just made absolutely no sense. I can see ever so slightly how the writer was going for that surrealism, but it just doesn't work. It's weird in the wrong way. The Easter one, well.. I don't really know what to say other than a giggling "what the F***?!". I mean, is the Easter bunny supposed to be Jesus? I mean, what's going on there? I feel like throughout all of the stories there are tiny details that make you think you need to pick up on, but they're just completely irrelevant. I feel like there's something up with the writing - or the acting too. The Valentine's Day one was really a sucker for bad dialogue. I mean, it was a combination of the terrible and cringe worthy lines that are what you get when middle aged men write highschool teenage girl conversation. But also the delivery. I'm sure that down to both the director and the actors. WAY too much emphasis on literally every line, too many snarky and overemphasized facial expressions, and the weird and unnatural fake sounding laughter from the bully's sidekicks.
All in all, if you're looking for a good horror - this isn't for you. However if you're looking for a movie that just falls short of some Goosebumps episodes then go for it!
The weird plots, strange writing and acting and somewhat questionable line delivery make it more a comedy (personally) than a good horror. But it's not the worst thing I've ever seen.
