I'm a fan of the show and watch often. I just watched hoarding 11 year update..horrible!!! It's the Steve Wilko's show own fault. You can clean up the mess and house, but without getting profession help for the mother, there is no hope. I felt Steve egged on arguments against the mother, and thought the whole show was a big joke. The kids said mean and very hurtful things to their mother, which just proves they don't understand mental health. They might think differently if the shoe was on the other foot, mental health does run in families. Mental health is something to be educated on, maybe the mom's kids..and Steve, should take some classes to help the mom correctly instead of bashing her. The whole show was handled so, so wrong!!!
