I started watching as a kid with family when Art Fleming hosted, I continued on faithfully over the years, except when I had no tv available or cable available. I always wanted to try out to be a contestant but I got so into the habit at trying to yell out the answer before anybody buzzed in that I was afraid I'd do it if I actually qualified to be on the show! So I never did go for it! Love Alex and my heart goes out to him!
