Wasn't even worth watching. After reading the masterpiece that is Darcey Bell's novel, the big screen adaptation was cringe worthy to say the least. Blake Lively and Scrappy Little Nobody's, Anna Kendrick didn't completely disappoint. The portrayal of their characters were the movie's only saving grace. Henry Golding's character, Sean Townsend, was absolutely underwhelming. There were countless differences between the novel and the film. Each of which had me hanging my head even lower than the last. When I was certain it could not get any worse, we reach the ending. No words can express my disappointment in the way the film ended compared to the ending of Darcey Bell's novel.
