The trailer looked promising but the show didn’t deliver.
The characters- i felt like the acting was bad, there wasn’t enough character development. Then the main characters backstory also got confusing. I felt like the characters weren’t important enough to make me sad.
I barely knew the military guy- like why was he wearing a backpack, why did he barely speak, if he was in the militia why didn’t he know anything, why was he wearing the Military outfit, where was he going at the start.
I didn’t understand why the shop owner turned to a fury monster- was it because he wore a wig? I guess we’ll never know.
The only character I liked was Lee Si-young. She’s the only character I understood and seemed the toughest out of all of them. It was refreshing.
Music: for an Asian show i didn't understand why there was American music. It threw it all out of balance. I feel like the warrior song belonged more to a show like the 100. Not every time there was a monster.
Plot: the plot was a mess. It leaves more questions than answers. After a while it turns to drama, instead of action. I also don’t understand why the supposedly important people don’t die off. In a monster series, important people die throughout to give the show more effect.
The graphic were good, specially the monsters, I wish there were more given that it was a residential building and only what 4 monsters seemed to be inside the building not including the car park.
I don’t recommend it at all, they should have taken notes from Kingdom.
