Let me tell you about the basic story line & the cast. Hrithik Roshan in as, Rohan Bhatnagar & Yami Gautam plays the role of Supriya Bhatnagar. Both Rohan & Supriya are blind. So, there is one person who knows both of them, and she wants to introduce Rohan to Supriya. They both meet in a Cafe, and after some time after knowing each other they get married. Both are happy at this point, but one of their neighbors (Amit Shellar) develop dirty desire towards her after seeing her in Ganesh Puja immersion & become jealous of Rohit. One night when both of them were returning home Amit & his friends surrounds them & harass both of them. When Supriya raise an alarm to alert their neighbour for help, he quickly hide themself & run away, only to return the next day when Rohit is out for work, Amit along with his friend rapes Supriya. Rohan comes to know about it & they both go to the police station to file the case. But the police does nothing. The neighbor comes & rapes her again after this, Supriya looses all her strength leave behind a pair of watch and note for Rohan & commits suicide. He is all broken up inside & goes to the Police Station to seek justice. But nothing happens, as they are high class people. So Rohit decides to take revenge and goes to the Police for the last time to get help, but they ignore him. He then tells them he will do something on his own to teach them a lesson. By making them fight against each other by misguiding them using his skills of voice dubbing. The Inspector says “An Eye for an Eye will make the whole world Blind”. Rohan replies, “Perfect World sir, kabhi suna hai kisi andhey ne kisi andhi ka rape kiya? (Ever heard a blind person raped a Blind?)”
