As long as you haven't read the book or seen the original you may enjoy this movie. At times the characters had heart and depth, other times they were hollow. The soundtrack was one of their most tragic choices. Very hard on the ears without adding depth or feeling to the movie. Overall very disappointed. Not with the bulk of the actors, they were excellent, but with the writers and directors agenda that fundamentally harmed the movie by changing key plot points to fit the "middle east" narrative.
