After talking with them I felt confident that they had their own employees and didn’t just have random movers to do the work. I asked about their covid protocol and was assured they would have masks and gloves. I only had 14 larger things to move no boxes or other small items and it should have been a quick easy move. Instead, I got rookie movers, no gloves, no masks ( I had to provide and they had them on their chins more often than in place.). It took them thirty minutes just to get started moving the items (paperwork on a tablet that he couldn’t seem to operate). I told them a specific order to put them on the truck to make it easier for them which didn’t happen. There is more I could rant about but All in all it was a fiasco. $500+. Don’t let this happen to you
