I wonder if this is real or totally scripted and acted. How can 19 year old be so super shy to not even be able to look directly on the eye, touch hands, embrace or kiss those they fall for. How can they be so emotionally clueless? And totally sexually inexperienced at that age? But worse of all, how are they introduced to alcohol without teaching them the basics. Like you don’t take shots of whine, like it is sake, you sip it slowly. And the amount of alcohol they consume like it is a good thing? Kissing, making love with protection and knowing your limits is less dangerous..

Masterful satire on the US state of affairs: the lack of care and awareness of the perils this country is in right now regarding climate disasters, the attacks on democracy and the pandemic. With grace, humor and great acting, this film jabs at all the accomplices in it; the mega rich, the media, the self serving techno-geniuses, the politicians and the people from the extreme right. A warning scream hoping to wake us all.

The main characters are thirty something, graduates with serious careers bu they act like they are fourteen; very immature ways of expressing their attraction; very prude and total lack of sexual chemistry. The story very shallow and the progression random. And what happen with her going to San Francisco for five years? Some scenes are boring and others totally ridiculous.
