I didn’t read any reviews or stories before we went to see “Cats,” so I was quite surprised to read all the negativity afterwards. I’ve seen “Cats” on stage and have the cast albums. I loved the film-the music, the choreography, the set design. And as for the actors, Jennifer Hudson singing “Memory” is well worth the price of the movie ticket. She is heart-wrenching as Grizabella.
