Fabulous, start to end. This is a beautiful piece of work and it is unfair for fans to decide whether or not they agreed with the ending. You were offered a fantasy ride on a magnificent vehicle. You don't get to choose the destination the ride takes you too. This series is so in contrast to the problem in general with nearly ALL television. Series start with an interesting premise and characters then drag on until the fans beg it to stop and the money dries up (Walking Dead....Once Upon a Time... Stranger Things...). The best series - like this one- like Breaking Bad - have a planned ending when the series premieres and move toward it at a good pace. Even for those who hated Season 8, this series will age like a fine wine. A second viewing of the entire series will help the disappointed understand why it had to end this way and see the foreshadowing the writers gave us all.
