Elizabeth Skaggs

Basically, the story is about a duck who is granted powers to become human with a necklace. She goes to a ballet school, and has to bring back the prince's heart shards which restore his emotions. (Not the best synopsis but I haven't watched it in a while, also I didn't want to include any spoilers) It's a very beautiful and cute anime, and it has a good balance of dark in it, too. The characters, artwork, and soundtrack are great. The creator of the anime also worked on Sailor Moon, which you can tell it's influence. I recommend this anime. It's very memorable.
