Most of my friends were crazy about this show, and i was reluctant as I'm quite not into love/romance stuff. But you cant resist peer pressure, so I watched this show anyway. I found this show really boring and upsetting for the first 5 episodes, but as my binge train was on track i watched a entire first season in a day. And during the final episode S01E22 , it somehow became one of my all-time favorite tv show. This show has everything besides cranky american teenagers. Great romance (although i didn't like romance but somehow TVD changed me) , great action sequence,thrill that keeps you on the edge of your seat and last but not the least Ian Somerhalder aka Damon Salvatore <3 . I got so hooked up with the show that I watched an entire season a day, that too during my semester exams. This show doesn't work on a loop like The walking dead, where gist of every season is the same. Every season is different which doesnt bores you. So plz dont waste time reading all the reviews , go ahead and watch this show.
