#Pushpa_The_Rise made me feel that despite of Director Sukumar's diligence writer Sukumar was lost somewhere in the trail......it seems like in the process of finding the lost writer in himself, #Sukumar attended master classes by #SrinuVaitla and #BoyapatiSeenu. Now don't get me wrong #Pushpa_The_Rule isn't a bad film...for any other director, but from Sukumar it kind of feels subpar. Kaani ae mataki aa maata #AA matram pranam pettesadu🫡 Ee sari Pusha experience matram akkadakkada 🌺 appudappudu 🔥

#Meiyazhagan #SatyamSundaram It's been over a week since I witnessed this work of life....no matter the effort, couldn't completely wrap my mind around the enigma it enkindled in the innermost recesses of my mind. With the full awareness that my words would do no justice to this masterpiece, I'm making this futile attempt out of my own selfish desire to try and articulate my experience. "Meiyazhagan is the ray of light which illuminates the darkest depths of the ocean revealing the sublimity hidden within the darkness whilst introducing the warmth of light to the depths of ocean." The beauty of this subtle amalgamation is beyond words 🖤 and this man #PremKumar deserves all the credit and respect for conceiving, creating and bringing this piece of brilliance to us🙏🏻 I'm one of those people who are eagerly waiting to witness the other stories in his involute novel🤞🏻

"Film is a visual medium", many say..... very few understand. When this is understood, a thin story line would suffice to communicate complex substance.....little/no dialogue would suffice as every frame would speak volumes....have to look no further than nature as it encompasses the whole drama of life and relays it as riveting metaphors. #kottukkaali is one such precious film made by one of those few precious people who understood the art of film making. From the only dialogue spoken by #AnnaBen which justifies her defiance throughout the film....to the hint that #soori is possibly a decent man but a MAN....from elucidating the relationship between strength, adamancy and love using a bull....to the open ended climax which spirals the audience into deep thought with sense of responsibility...... it's sheer brilliance. This man #PSVinothRaj with just two films under his belt exemplified #QuentinTarantino's words, "If u just love movies enough, you can make a good one." 🫡

#8amMetro A wise friend of mine once said, "few people are like passing clouds"....and with his friendship made me realise that those clouds could help in sprouting of our deepest seeds which grow into these great trees within us. Few relationships are just too cryptic to be understood, too ineffable to be named, too inconceivable to be reasoned with...yet they are undoubtedly magnificent. people who experienced would understand how momentous those are...people who has no grasp upon would be stuck with labelling them. thanks #RajRachakonda for such a masterpiece 🙏🏻

#HitMan Two words, Sinister and Disconcerting.... don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth watching In it's own convoluted way this movie proves that love empowers one's ID to manipulate Ego into convincing his/her Superego Perhaps the glorified statement "Everything is fair in love and war" is more terrifying than inspiring when understood in it's deeper sense 😂

#MerryChristmas When the maker of a legendary movie like #Andhadhun pairs up with #MakkalSelvan what else do we expect...stellar cinematography, gripping music and out of the box narration......if u r still confused with the climax, think of it as a fable of a convicted man seeking redemption in his dream world(the act of both the protagonists quoting same lines can't be just ruled out as serendipitous🤣)....this moves the context of the movie far from realism....perhaps that's a bit hard to swallow.....but what to do it's #SRR This truly is a master piece 🫡

#Animal A convoluted, gritty and ambitious flick set in a masculine world in which women are either victims or bystanders. It questions the civilizational identities, portrays male traits like comradery, protectiveness and productivity, uses a family feud and draws a parallel narrative to Ind vs Pak, highlights the fact that we are nothing but our parents' mistakes. But fails to transcend from perversion to eccentricity. Irony is, it engages and entertains but seldom provokes the thought it intends to. As far as the impact on the majority is concerned it's more regressive than progressive more toxic than wholesome. Regardless of all that's said, it's definitely leaving its indelible mark on Indian movie making and this alpha male #SandeepReddyVanga will be remembered for it.
