to every one saying this is a Studio Ghibli film, it is not, it is a Studio Ponoc film founded by a former lead film producer at Studio Ghibli, it runs off the same concept as Studio Ghibly though and gains support from other former Studio Ghibli animators now on to the film itself, it shares the same concepts as some films from Studio Ghibly, scary images, peril, thematic elements, even though the movie says for kids it is technicaly rated PG on how Netflix is saying for kids is beyond me and they should change it to such, a quick google search for the rating and boom continuing on with the film, stunning visuals, great grapgics, story telling and charcter building was good but not great, could have used a bit of work on a couple characters but over all I still love the characters and how zanny and wacky they were, even the story was good, in the end the movie made me cry, have to say Studio Ponoc did a great job on the movie

hi there back again, if some have read my reviews on other stuff that others think, just here to say this about the people who say "ooh not good, not the goosebumps I remember, not for kids" technically it never was lol R.L. Stine was inspired by Stephen King do make a kids book series all those year ago that still did have horror in the series this is a NEW take on Goosebumps, not the old take that we knew and love, yes I hate remakes and stuff of the sort but if remakes are not done right then yea I get it but hear me out, Goosebumps 2023 is a great series, some of you that say "oh this is cringe" look at what what has come out in the past "Lybrinth" a Jim henson movie, I love it but it was cringe, do all movies that you don't like have to be cringe, tell me is life cringy One thing is for sure, Goosebumps still has its feel, just in a new light, I LOVE the series, new take, connected world now, stories we know and love finally join together in this one town, an idea Stephen King did for his books all happpening in one city, just ask yourself this, is it good to hate on something you have only watched maybe 5 - 10 minutes and turned it off, I am hating the people that give a bad review on something that they only WATCHED 5 - 10 minutes and then coming to the review section and saying oh no watch this series, is bad, oh I am sorry should I have agreed there no I shouldn't, I have my own opinion and look on life lets just say this, the people that are 5 minute freddies that give nothing a chance, yea sorry not sorry stop leaving bad reviews from a 5 minute/10 minute watch

Okay so my honest opinion and review The movie wasn't great, the movie wasn't bad, it was alright for a remake of Pokemon: The First Movie: Mewtwo strikes back, I have to say the kept all scene to there original counter parts, some scenes though had the camera at different angles witch was a cool move, since it was cgi, I have some good points and bad points, lets go with the good points first: 1 - The facial expressions, they had the opportunity to do this and they did, almost all facial expressions were cool, I have to admit yes some looked weird like Brocks expression when he sees nurse joy in the telegram, yes it stretched a bit but in the end I thought it was a good move 2 - Like I said camera angles, it was different yet worked in a few scenes that had different angles witch was awesome bad points: 1 - the movement to the characters were clunky, yes I am saying clunky like they were robots or something but in the end I can forgive this but it was still just why 2 - they missed out on the opportunity to bring the band M2M one last time to have done a remix of there song "Don't say you love me" they had that chance but they did not take it, it was clearly staring then in the face but they did not see it in the end I loved the movie for what it is, a remake to a classic movie, i do shun remakes from time to time but I like it when they are done right or done okay, Pokemon: Mewtwo strikes back: Evolution is a alright movie for what it is

I been a fan of Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior since the first game more so a Enix/Square Soft/Square Enix nut, I have to say this movie does the series well, they stayed true to source materials and the aesthetic of each enemy and character from the games more so the story as well give or take a few minor tweaks here and there, the movie is really well done
