I am a huge film fan and I have no hesitation in saying that Bohemian rhapsody is now my number one film. Yesterday I went to the cinema to see it for the fourth time and this time with my ten year old son. He LOVED it. Why go see it? The music, the costumes, the wigs, the reenactment of Queen's Live Aid performance and the outstanding performances by the cast. Of particular note is Rami Malek's stunning, mesmorising performance as Freddie Mercury. He has captured Freddie's essence, his beauty, grace and talent and is captivating on screen. As an audience member, I cannot take my eyes off of his every gesture, word and movement. Yes I'm a little bit in love with him! Rami for best actor at the Oscars please Academy. Doubting critics leave you cynical hats at the door and allow yourself to be entertained and blown away. Let your hair down and embrace the joy! Thank you Brian, Roger and Miami for sharing yours and Freddie's legacy. You're all legends. Hope to see you again soon at the Hydro in Glasgow with my other main man Adam. X
