It is about time someone had the courage to do a story on Benzodiazepines. Klonopin was the drug that messed me up. I was on it for over 16 years - it was hell and I am sure I have permanent damage from this junk. I went through 2 1/2 years of total hell and am in a "window" right now. I was cold turkeyed by a pain doctor in Lincoln Nebraska who obviously didn't care or didn't have the education regarding this drug. Long term use of these drugs are horrible and can cause misery. Thank You Lisa for bringing this to light. Now we need about 20 more journalists to follow up. Everything Lisa said is true -- but there is so much more that needs to be told!
