Stunning, and not merely for the opening scene. It should compel more US citizens to feel more compassionate toward our neighbors, many of whom have been grievously wronged by regimes that we have helped install or perpetuate. This is not to say that I have no love for my own country, but I have had pen pals & friends in & from many countries & appreciate what they have endured. While I had little money to contribute to this cause & worked too many hours to be active on behalf of a group working for the people of Guatemala at the time, I did attend at least one meeting to learn more as a result of this film. If you have not known of the history of these indigenous people, do see this!
