This anime was beautiful and a lot of what I love about anime. That being said, the end was so devastating that it lingered with me for days afterward. Very bleak but good if you are unbothered by a lack of redemption. I won't watch another season if it comes out and I don't think I'd have the heart to ever watch the show again.
