I thought it was way overrated. The dialogue and characters seemed very unrealistic. The plot is unbelievable. I don’t blame Joel Edgerton who is a great actor. Maybe I just don’t resonate with Paul Schrader who also directed “The Card Counter” that disappointed me in the same ways.
