Very slow. I was immensely disappointed. You can skim through pages at a time I felt like it was basically a rewrite with little creative detailing. I read the whole series, including the short second life of Bree tanner and side note the Host is one of my all time favorite books. But I felt like this wasn’t even in the realm of her other books - super sad.
