Do yourself a favor and don't watch this. The entire premise is extremely counterproductive. It also has so many tropes, its ridiculous. I appreciate that Gomez looks like he did in the 1964 version but there is so many gross and outdated tropes in here, its ridiculous. First, the bitter wife trope is dead and Morticia was the essence of accepting others not the villaness against expressing yourself as this version portrays. It relies too heavily on such tropes like the Bitter Wife and Controlling Mother and Fun Dad and defeats its own message in the process.
