It's a poor port of the first three Mega Man games. If you wanna play those, you're better off with the NES versions. I will admit that the tower at the end was pretty interesting though, so it's not all bad.

I hate this game. There's not enough content for a sandbox game. There's no variety, the pedestrians, and cops all look the same, and the setting is bland. It has childish humor, which I don't think is funny. It's substantially worse than its predecessor Saints Row 2 in every shape and form. It becomes boring, and there's nothing to do after the main story is over. Overall I give this a 2/10, there's just not enough to it to be enjoyable, and it's just very unloyal to it's prequels in terms of story. If you want my advice, play Saints Row 2 or even Saints Row 1 over this piece of garbage.
