Long awaited, quickly forgotten. This is the most abysmal and tragic adaptation I have seen since ‘Without Remorse’ was released earlier this year. Sir Terry Pratchett’s characters were poorly written, the acting at best was wooden or so over the top that the original quirky characters lost the essence of what Pratchett gave them. The blending of various books into this awful mix does not work and just add less than giving more depth. Avoid if you are a avid Discworld fan, as you will be greatly disappointed. The books give so much more and this simply fails at every level.
