Well made and a good follow up to the original film - worth seeing. The only two things that I thought were out of place during wartime Britain with all the rationing and shortages of food were the egg breaking and flour throwing - after 4/5 years of war the children would have been very aware of the scarcity of food and horrified too waste any I would have thought! A painful reminder of the way the Americans treated their own black people even during war! But overall a nice gentle family film and if you haven't already - watch the original 'Railway Children' (1970) first.

Brilliant film about a brilliant album! Can't IMAGINE why this wasn't made years ago. Watching the anti war protests makes you sadly realise that we haven't progressed since 1971! We still need to give peace a chance and we sadly miss the combined efforts of John & Yoko.
