Long and complex as expected. It was exciting to see Neo and Trinity again but I am not sure if the older version of Neo and Trinity really depicted the passion and action we know Matrix for. I wish they transitioned into younger characters somehow. They are old. Still amazing actors, but I didn’t feel the same energy from their younger version. It wasn’t supposed to be the same, and that made it disappointing for me. Creative as always but the new Morpheus and Smith wasn’t convincing enough. I loved the tweak with the grown Sati. It brought back the connection. In all, I’m grateful for the thrill of having the magic of Matrix back on our screen but still wished they left it the way it was.
