I loved the film and the evolution of the characters and Jake Gyllenhaal is wonderful and complex. However, there are problems. Zendaya isn't a great MJ in my opinion - too one-dimensional and in the dramatic moments you feel like you're 1 second away from a joke which removes the suspension. But all in all a great movie
