The film was an evocative depiction of the narrative's protagonist accounts. The imagery of trial, effort, compromise, and triumph as you see it is poignant, mirroring relatable aspects of life in real-time. A very satisfying hommage to Ruben Santiago-Hudson's experiences in the urban region Lackawanna, New York, as the film unfolds, viewers are dimensionally grafted by the story's frame and tempo. The ninety-five-minute flick is arguably edifying and enlightening. Santiago-Hudson gets five stars for aptitude and hi-fives for enriched emotion.
