I really wish I could like it more than I do but after the first 3 hours the city feels completely detached from my characters story. The ai has been bugging me more and more as I play on and I'm about 65 hours in. Great story I like the shooting mechanics. Hate the melee combat so much. The fist fight quests are terrible the only quest I have decided I purposely will not be doing. Edit having finished game and most of the content I am left wanting more. I appreciate the game and characters even more having finished so decided to bump from 3 to 4 stars.

The world felt very empty to me. I like the vibes from skyrim especially a lot more where npcs have daily routines. Combat was good. The faction quests got really repetitive for me, it was always pick the corporate town or the town of outside weirdos.
