I was looking forward to see this new Pixar film but for the first time ever the story just didn’t make me feel any worthwhile emotion… it felt very slow and flat, despite the breathtaking graphics and visuals and the great topics covered in the story (immigration, parenting, self awareness)… it just didn’t feel special like most of the other Pixar productions. Such a shame.
