This film is an epic example when you dalllu type people having political patronage start thinking themselves above God and start confusing chief of some political party above God and culture breath beat of the nation. None can even dare to take name of Shri Raam without Shri....He is the epitome of the finest character..the man who lived by example…life full of pain and sacrifices to just upkeep the best conduct a man should have ...and you b/-\$stard political tattus dallus mafias try to commercialise his name with such cheap film???? You think that being a chamcha of ruling party makes you so powerful that you do dirty jokes on ethos heritage and ancestors of India?? I just wonder how censor board and government allowed this movie???? I strongly believe in the jury of Mahadev. For this sin, from those who are running this nation to all involved allowing such movie to release...message is that your disaster is near. Stop thinking you are God....you are not even 5 paisa! Pull down this film, or Public will do that.

Finest courtroom epic from India, telling you a true incidence and actual court proceedings, and how a single simple lawyer fought for a victim to ensure her justice, against a heavy duty Godman with millions of followers even within the system, media, government, police...every moment life threatening. Yet he did not leave the girl without getting justice, risking his own life. This is a true story, of India's own hero..not from some imaginary world of Marvel DC Avengers. And the last court scene is epic...you will find greatest form of film making in that scene alone. Especially, how PC Solanki compares a fraud Godman to Raavana, and how it becomes unforgivable crime. This movie will be recorded in the annals for finest performance by Manoj Bajpai, who appears to me as the greatest actor alive in the present time, breaking his own performance records one after another...a man who can be given national award almost every year! Applause all the artists involved in this no nonsense movie. The movie has been highly focused on what it wanted to convey. So those who seek masala or relaxation or cheap stuffs may get disappointed. I just wonder what kind of people here are giving this movie a poor rating..here and at IMDB..they are more likely chelas of some fraud babas who fail to see how such fraud babas are actually doing disservice and insult to God. Due to such chelas also Santan dharm has got disgrace. Records are there how witnesses were killed or retracted in this case. From lower to highest court this case was persuaded, and biggest lawyers fought to protect Asaram, and failed before PC Solanki from lower to highest court, which awarded sentence to Asaram. So those chelas claiming here that the movie depicts wrong things, r truly chelas of Asaram like frauds...trying to mislead people while completely ignoring the fact that these things are well available in court records and public domain also. A highly essential film for every one to watch. A Gem.

Solid Show with top notch technical team. Without doubt it is a grand show and story moves in fast pace. A must watch to all those to know how Mugals entered and run India. Dilagoues are written great. But what has taken me with surprise is the top quality cinematography. Yes, casting could hav been better for Babur. Vineet Kumar pr Ayushman wld have played Babur better. Rahul Dev is gr8. Deno is meancing. As an actor Deno is proving himself great for the 1st time. Far better than Ranveer Kapoor's Khilji act with Bhansali. Despite of being mencingly brutal you start developing emotion for him. And the scene he walks towards enemies after learning about deception...is just heart breaking. Shabana Azmi as grandmother of Babur also plays it to perfection the role of a lady who knows how to keep balance between family and rule. And Drishti Dhami as Khanzada is a perfect launch for this lady in such a grand show. One hidden point of this show is thaf women have been shown much stronger than kings. Also the actor who played Aitbar, the eunuch, has done terrific job in relatively short role. The sets and cinematography are world class. Exceptional in fact. Even far far better than theatric setup of Bhansali films. I can tell you that the show is perhaps among the grandest ever made in India. Only at war scenes you feel it could have been grander and better. The war scenes are good but could be made more grander. Writing and narration is strong. It does not take any side and showed how everyone had some sin in his/her account...Babur breaks promise, Khanzada ditches a trusting husband, Grandmother is concerned with empire desire and compels a gentleman to convert into a butcher warrior as per her expnasionist roots of Ghenzis Khan (Babur was union of Taimur and Ghezis Khan..Mother side from Ghenzis and Father side from Timur)..... I don't know who and what kind of guys are giving it a negative reviews. They r certainly not honest reviewers. Your kings were busy in infighting and pleasure, unable to do their duty, so invaders could invade you. No king would then help other King but would help the invaders to defeat another King. Historical records suggest that Babur was invited by Rana Sanga to fight Lodhi to get himself thorn of Delhi. After winning Lodhi, Sanga back tracked from his promise, resulting into battle of Khanwa and establishment of Mughal empire. The makers knowingly skipped this story for known reasons. When just on making a show on Babur has instigated so many to give negative reviews, imagine what wld have happened thereafter. And then you expect respect for such kings? Whoever does his job honestly, that guy wins. A very good show which should be watched ny all. No dirty dialogues or vulgar scenes. You can watch with family. OTTs have definitely left behind bollywood by miles with such high quality contents! Highly recommended.

A nice show which is not a suspense thriller if you think and expect it to b like the 1st season. The beauty of the show is that despite you know that what has happened, the way and psyche behind it is revealed like peeling onions of human and women psyche. So its genre is not thriller suspense like its season 1 but a social drama. There are total 8 seasons and not a single moment is drag unlike what some are claiming. Yes, if you don't believe in marital abuse and strong believer of male chauvinism, this show you may not like. Strength of the show is the layered revealing of psyche and how deep it affects even good and positive characters also unintentionally, that even the main lead, Madhav ji who is fighting for this lady is not totally free from it. Yet, that man has to conscience to find his true pysche, and thus asks his colleague, Nikhat ji, to take up the case as she would do it better. But this does not mean that you get less of Madhav Mishra in season 2. Noway. In fact his screen time is much more in season 2 and he tells the story in his own way. He remains as lovable and as he was, and add to it his lovely wife, who is bucket innocence and purity. The lovely interactions between Madhavji and his wife "Ratna from Patna" is one of the most lovable and engrossing part of this tale. Its mainly all women show, where Pankaj Tripathi as usual shines above all as expected. But who shines after him? Anupriya Goenka as Nikhat shines, as Madhav gives her opportunity to lead the case and himself becomes her assistance. May look small but this gesture itself speaks loudly about Madhav and a real man and sensibilities. Story may revolve around Kriti Kulhari, who wears all time scared look, but its Anupriya Goenka who steals the show from her. Anupriya comadiare with Pankaj Tripathi is something which you may call a hit jodi and people would like to watch them more together. Their chemistry is terrific. The child artist has done very good and sensitive job. The flaws of shows are there: The jail is not as grim and nor running parallel story like season 1. Shilpa Shukla as lady don has not much to do and she looks not convincing. In fact casting director has not done a great job and few characters looked weak, like the lady judge, or the male SI who was looking unecessarily hyperactive jumping jack. Also the story could not convince why the female SI wife left her husband in the last episode. He was not that bad to his wife. Finally, its the man , Pankaj Tripathi as Madhav Mishra, a poor lawyer who has not even his own laptop and vehicle but beat blue out of opponents due to him sharp intellect, lovable approach towards life and society, and shows everytime that happiness is something which you can wear even in testing times no matter how difficult situations and hardships cover you. When his wife forgets to pack his cloth...he says lightly..."Arrey Goa me koi kapde me ghoomta hai???"...Long live Pankaj Tripathi...this man is brining sanctity to Bollywood and entertainment world which we had stopped seeing long back. This man is holy water to Bollywood!

This movie is the best one of the year without doubt. A big philosophy told in funky way. The movie stands out for the way it has been narrated and executed. And as usual, the show stellar is Pankaj Tripathi...a swift don with blessing of amratva...who defeats death every time and remains cool killer! This man...wherever he comes and whatever screen time is given...he kills....he steals the show from all. Pankaj tripathi is a God gift to Cinema after Manoj Bajpai. This is followed by unforgettable performance of Raj Kumar Rao as Mithun Da's forced fan and blind in love lover being fooled repeatedly. He dancing movies and duped face will linger for ever. Just remember the scene, where he asks Fatima Sana Sheikh to take auto with his last peice of 5 rupees note and get away from his life...and after seeing her off he camera comes to his back and in pain of separation he does Mithun Dance moves...Jimmy Jimmy...Aajja Ajja! Hilarious. Its just excellence of the director and writer to imagine such character, and then the excellence of the actor to perform it to the T. After SSR fiasco I have almost stopped watching films of big stars, big banners movies and stopped watching shows like KBC and BiggBoss etc. Total boycott of every product which they endorse. And will do so for ever. I watched Ludo for Pankaj Tripathi and Raj Kumar Rao only....But Abhishek Bachchan is also good in character, though his Yuva role as Lallan remains his best work so far. His role is author backed role as a rude rustic criminal's softer side and bonding with kid is shown which wins your heart. Special mention to the touchy scene where he finally meets his daughter and who is so scared of his looks that she keeps turning away her face from him...leaving him devastated with feeling of a man with no use and validity of life on earth. The weakest of all 4 protagonists are Aditya Roy Kapur and Sania Malhortra's part and the Nurse and the boy's story. They don't have much and the movie actually movies mainly on the shoulders of Pankaj Tripathi's Sattu Bhaiyya, Raj Kumar Rao and Abhisheik Bachchan's parts. Fatima Sana Sheikh has done a good job. Cinematography and editing are next things which are exceptionally good. Finally, it is the greatness of the director who could thread all these complicated characters and their stories with such an ease and present them as a single related story which every one enjoys. Full marks to Anurag Basu.

Don't know how its IMDB rating on google is being shown above 8, while in actual at IMDB it is rated around 6 only! This series has two prominent things which public is hating the most these days: Regular bollywood guys (SRK) and Maharastra police...both of which have lost respect of public in the way they have behaved in SSR case. Thereafter, nothing going to be good for any show which carries such most hated elements on their board. A police which is good only in bollywood mafia movies...pl spare us. They will arrange chairs n drinks for ur next award show! V r not interested in the story of such useless corrupt to the core people. Instead I recommend people to watch to fresh concept as Bandish Bandits in Amazon prime...something which is not ghisa pita same crime police mafia stuff but about music world and fights of common middle class family with extremely talented members who have very humane sides also.
