Really enjoyed this movie but HOW did he know the female cop had a husband that was cheating on her? Her "How did you know that?! " went unanswered. Yes, there was some mumbling, I had to actually turn up the volume on my laptop to hear properly what was being said and the character development? There really wasn't any. Which was frustrating. Considering all these factors, I still really enjoyed this film. Maybe some bits will be answered in a sequel (apparently that might be happening) but I do commend the cinematography in it. Some really great shots. That "box" scene..... That was a heart stopping moment. It kept me entertained and at the edge of my seat. I just wish it had been longer. Films that are under 2hrs long..... Its hard to fit in everything that's needed so you understand the characters. I still have no clue as to what background any of them had and why the main guy seemed, well, just angry all the time. I mean, sure he's eye candy but urgghhhhh. Character development is SO important. If any film needs a sequel, this one does. Do I recommend it? Absolutely. Its probably one of the better thrillers I've watched in a long time.

Mike Flanagan DID IT AGAIN! The script from episode 3 and 4 were some of Flanagans best work. Same creator of Haunting of Hill House and Briar Manor. Add in many of actors from both Haunting of Hill House/briar Manor and you have a instant hit. I binged watched this from midnight and its now 9.30 on a Sunday morning. 😩😩🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ THATS how good this show is. Anything Mike Flanigan creates, I'm watching RELEASE DAY!

WHY they cancelled this series.... I'll never know. Season one was better than two BUT it was obvious it would end with Regan in probably the last season once again. So thanks Amazon Prime for cancelling yet ANOTHER decent series. Lucifer, Constantine.... This is why I switched to Netflix. I live in HOPE Netflix actually picks this series back up again. I preferred S1 to the original film. 😂😂 The casting was PERFECTION. They COULD have made a fortune from this series **COUGH COUGH Lucifer) and it actually has a very good scoring. It's edgy, scary and explains a lot of the original film. Possession cases have always fascinated me. Mainly because I've encountered one and yes.... What's depicted in this series is actually very accurate. You really don't know until you've witnessed it. Let's just say that experienced made me a Christian. It was THAT shockingly bad and the things that nobody could explain REALLY made me question so much. If you like this kind of thing.... You will LOVE this show. WATCH IT!!!!! ❤️❤️
