Watching men squirm and whine over this movie (which they obviously anticipated with 100% accuracy) is worth the price of admission 100,000 times over. How you can be offended by this movie is beyond me. It was hilarious, strangely poignant, and visually stunning. I guarantee you the only men offended by this movie are incels, men who fantasize about the zombie apocalypse, men who think they are The Joker (just waiting for their Harley Quinn), and men who think the could survive “way longer” on “Alone”. If your cis male partner doesn’t love this movie, dump his @55.

In my opinion - a much better designed game than Dark Souls. Dark Souls was never fun at all for me. Ashen does so much more with so much less. I pick this up still every now and again to play through it. Definitely the camera angles and mobs will frustrate you, but it is generally fun and engaging. A great challenge with some great visuals and decent enough controls.

The best video game of all time, quite possibly. I never enjoyed anything FromSoftware made outside of the King's Field games but this game is so haunting, beautiful, and intense. Despite the difficulty it never stops being fun. Even the Chalice Dungeons are absolutely worth it, and getting Platinum in the game is such a great feeling. The story is incredible, most of the bosses are amazing, the music is some of the best in gaming. When I first started I got crushed by the first boss and game up for a while, but when I returned I couldn't put it down. I personally think Dark Souls and Sekiro pale in comparison to Bloodborne, as do many other video games. Worth every penny.

Sekiro looks so cool. I was so excited to get this game the nanosecond it came out but it was a dud overall. I played for many hours, got decent enough at blocking, but in all the time I played it was never fun. It just isn't a fun game. Bloodborne is stellar, and Sekiro has some beautiful and scenery, but it just isn't an enjoyable game to play. I feel like if I am spending money on a game it should at least entertain me? I've picked up Sekiro and put it down quite a few times, and so many people praised it, but there was never any incentive for me to continue playing after a few hours as it was just a boring trudge.

I can totally get why people like this game. Interesting characters and places, very challenging difficulty, etc. It just isn't fun. From start until well into the game I never had even an inkling of fun. I absolutely love Bloodborne, and have played through it countless times. Dark Souls is somewhat pretty but it was just always a slog. The bosses aren't particularly difficult, almost all of them can be cheesed, and even if you don't cheese them most are laughably easy. Some of the level design is terrible, where if you touch sand you die instantly. Some of the games inspired by Dark Souls are incredible, but Dark Souls itself just starts slow and boring and never really seems to pick up and become enjoyable many hours in.

Here is how every single battle plays out: Enemy Turn: Inflicts every single party member with every single status ailment there is. ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENEMY ATTACKS ENTIRE PARTY IS DEAD 5 Minute load screen. The game sucks. It is legitimately the least fun video game I have ever played. The characters are lame, boring tropes, the story is tired, but the gameplay is just an exercise in frustration. I thought video games were supposed to be enjoyable, not just hard? Hell if I wanted something difficult I would just get another job or learn a trade, so at least it was somewhat fruitful. I can't imagine the amount of effort spent making a game that is completely devoid of fun.
