Loved the books, loved the series( the darling buds of May) in the 1990’s, unfortunately the Larkins comes a very poor third. Bradley Walsh is a very poor pa Larkin, more of a caricature. The casting might be pc but it is inaccurate. The book was a classic period piece and this is definitely not- trying to placate all parties and failing miserably !
