This is the most dysfunctional cooking show I have ever watched. It could be cut down to a thirty minute show that actually revolved around the chef, but it doesn't. The host has an obnoxious voice and ability to stir up drama when there shouldn't be any. The final judge saves chefs with talent. The whole concept of the show is to produce a mediocre version of what mom made in each challenge. If you can't live up to that, then you get punished. Shame- innovative cooking keeps people interested.
