Booked one of the Bula Bubble holiday packages on 21/10/21 and since then I have spent over 10 valuable hours of time chasing them up on a few matters, wait hold times of over an hour each time, it seemed as if they don't want clients to call. Disappointing that they are quick to take money but not interested to assist after.
Grief#1 Me and my mate were booking identical holiday package same time on their website and unfortunately my booking didn't go through and his went through and I had no choice but to book a higher fare ($497 high) for same dates. However, the next day I checked their website and found same date available at same price it was available few hours ago. I immediately called them and got the automatic message to leave my number and they will contact me back, which they never did.
I called again, was on hold for 75 minutes no response.
I called the third time the next day was on hold for 30 mins, finally spoke to someone who took my details and said someone will call me back.
Grief#2 So someone calls me back and they give me a generic message that fare has increased and I will need to pay the difference, even higher than the fare I originally paid.
They are not honouring price match neither are they ready to acknowledge the evidence I gave them with plenty of screenshots of the same holiday package on their website at a lower rate.
I am genuinely perturbed by this attitude and given them plenty of opportunity to come good, lacking which I had to write this review.
