an odd film, with a strange sense of vicariousness for someones personal past traumatic experience. the aspect of the serial killer almost seemed tagged on, like he was meant to represent the trauma of her fathers abuse in her own head, but then was made real to justify her interactions with him in the film. overall a unique thriller film
