Throwing my disbelief out the window during these types of films is easy enough, but it was tough this time. King K and Godzilla were fine enough, but the main plot point was...short of plot. The scenes without the two big guys dragged on. Poorly written, lazily acted. It was ok, but King on Skull island is still the best of the series in this blokes opinion.

The story wasn't very well structured, and the length of the film could have been reduced by a good 20 minutes. That said, the performances, especially the 4 leads, were very strong. I loved the action sequences. I was a young adult in 84, and the images made me cringe!!!

Very well produced and a whole lotta fun. Keep em coming, says I!
