I am 68 and I went to see this movie when I was 14 with my Dad and I remember like it was yesterday. We laughed non stop and had a great time funny beginning to end. Lemon and Matthau were comedic geniuses. Good clean entertainment with fine acting and writing.Its a keeper and will never lose it's comedy appeal they don't make comedies like this anymore.

Al Pacino is one of the all time great actors. His role in this movie is so intense his acting is superb. Sidney Lumet did a great job directing. Great cast John Cazale also great acting Charles Durning was excellent. I have seen this movie over an over and it never grows old but if course Pacino made the movie so real and so much like the real life Sonny takes a lot of pride in his craft method acting to the extreme If you haven't seen this movie watch it great movie!

What a movie! I've seen it probably 5 times and still I don't get tired of it. Viggo is great, well written, direction is well done, the chemistry between the two main actors are funny yet you can feel alot of emotion as they start to care about each other. This movie is about racism in this country but it breaks down those barriers between blacks and whites great ending

Entertaining movie, great sets, holds your attention throughout, has alot of emotion, Sean Connery is great.

Talented actors/dancers not like any other musical I've seen before, entertaining
